  1. To honor me, make the most of your life on Earth.

    You have plenty of time on Earth to accomplish your heart’s desires. It would make me so happy and grateful to watch you unfold your spirit on Earth. We can talk about it as you go. If you have questions, just ask me and listen for my answer. Trust it.

  1. I was greeted by people and animals I know.

    There is no loneliness here. When I arrived, there were people I know and animals I know here waiting. This is a wonderful place full of love.

  1. You are doing a great job.

    I’m so happy to see you working toward your goals and I am cheering you on at every step. I know it’s hard work to not feel sad because my body is not with you, but I’m here and you are doing so well working through that. Remember how much I love you.

  1. My passing was easier than it looked.

    You are worried about suffering. My body and spirit knew what to do when the time came. I was out of my body observing the whole thing very quickly.

  1. Death is not the end.

    It’s not even a thing. On Earth, it looks like an end, but for me, it’s like going into another room. I’m still here with you and still love you and feel your love for me.

  1. Comfort others who are grieving.

    Use what you now know about life and spirit to help others understand that their human and animal family members are still with them. Choose celebration over sadness.

  1. Make the trip wonderful.

    Some are tempted to be down and not want to stay on Earth, but that world can be a marvelous experience. Sing. Dance. Play. Experience it all so that by the time you are here, you have stories to tell and memories to hold.

  1. I still feel your love. 

    It feels wonderful. Love has no boundaries and you’d be surprised to learn that it feels the same to me as it did on Earth. I hope it does to you also.
